May 11, 1948 – Aug. 30, 2015
JEROME • William Riley “Bill” Wilson, 67, of Jerome, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday Aug. 30, 2015. He was born May 11, 1948, in Pomona, California, the son of Elmer Riley Wilson and Flossie Eileen Perrin Wilson. Bill was raised in Ontario and graduated from Chaffey Union High School in 1966. He served his country in the United States Navy, completing four tours to Viet Nam. Bill met Cinda Stansell and they were married February 6, 1970, in Ontario. Following an honorable discharge, they settled in Jerome, Idaho, where they raised three sons.
Bill went to work as a well driller and in 1975, he and Cinda purchased Jerome Glass and Paint. They worked side by side until retiring in 2010. They were also active in the Jerome County Search and Rescue for many years. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mostly he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids!
Bill is survived by his sweetheart of more than 45 years, Cinda Wilson of Jerome; their sons, Michael (Janeen) Wilson of Nampa, Robert (Christina) Wilson and Grady (Mandi) Wilson, all of Jerome; three grandchildren, Jacob, Madison and Abigayle; two sisters, Nancy (Rodney) Toot and Mary (John) Bell; two brothers, Carl Wilson and Dan (Cindy) Wilson; and many extended family members and friends. Bill’s family would like to extended a very special “Thank You” to Idaho Home Health and Hospice for their kind care and for going the “extra mile” for him and his family.
A visitation will be held Wednesday evening, September 9, 2015, at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 South Lincoln, Jerome, where family and friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, also at Farnsworth Mortuary, with Pastor Peter Page officiating. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment with military honors will follow in the Jerome Cemetery.

The following was reported by Melissa Delgado who lives in Ontario:
Today I visited Forest Lawn Memorial Park-Covina Hills and it distresses me to inform you that the Kennedy Brothers are interred here. I do not know anything about them except that Patrick was born on January 11, 1947 and Daniel was born December 26, 1947. They were to die simultaneously in some sort of an accident (?) the day after Daniel's birthday and two days after Christmas (December 27, 1986.) I do so apologize for my lack of further information. Attached is a photo of their niche; they are cremated and obviously together. Their resting place is next to a large "Grecian" marble sculpture of a woman with a flower wreath around her wrist.
Location: Mausoleum of Christian Heritage: Columbarium of Immortality; Niche 4021, Second Floor (Upper Level).
I had my camera with me and although I had no intention of photographing the Kennedy Brothers, a nagging "instinct" told me to anyway. A few hours later, I'm online, conduct a search for them and find your page. Kismet? Perhaps. Two souls who need to be remembered by those they so dearly cared for?....More than likely.
I am so sorry for their loss, even though I do not know them personally. They arrived on Earth within the same year and left in tandem and---quite frankly---it is heartbreaking. If you were a personal friend of theirs, my deepest sympathies….
My very best to you always.
